Yes. Enter your move sequence in the workbench (or pick a preset like 'K-pop choreography' to use the canonical 16-move breakdown). GPT Image 2 builds a 4x4 panel reference sheet of those exact moves, and Seedance 2.0 animates them in order. Each panel maps to roughly one second of video.

What dance styles work well?

Anything with discrete, illustratable poses — K-pop choreography, hip-hop, breakdance combos, ballet, J-pop, contemporary, locking, popping. Continuous flowing styles (e.g. very fluid contemporary) work less reliably because the reference sheet needs distinct frames.

Does it work with my own character?
